Tim Quinlivan represents small and medium-sized businesses and a variety of healthcare providers.  Tim counsels businesses in their formation as limited liability companies, partnerships, corporations and S corporations.  He counsels firm clients in a variety of business transactions, including the formation and structuring of subsidiary and affiliated business arrangements and negotiating and closing asset and share purchase agreements and commercial loan transactions.  Tim has extensive experience in physician and healthcare provider contracting, and provides counsel to a level 1 trauma center and academic medical center.  Tim has represented a freestanding, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center from its inception, through a private placement and through the certificate of need process.
