Todd Bushway spends the
majority of his time providing advice and analysis as well as
litigation services for firm clients. Todd works
extensively with a local county providing outside legal services
on a wide range of matters, including roadway design and
premises liability matters, employment related claims,
constitutional torts and contract and insurance related issues.
Todd also has an extensive background in handling both
construction and products liability litigation, including work
for several large self-insured companies. Todd’s work on
behalf of firm clients regularly takes him both across New York
State and into other jurisdictions, with regular appearances in
both state and federal court.
Todd is a member of the New York Chapter of the Associated
General Contracts, for whom he has served as both a lecturer and
moderator. He is the Class Chair for Leadership Buffalo's
Class of 2006, and sits on several committees for Leadership
Buffalo. He is the President of the Board of Directors for
the Delaware Soccer Club, for whom he also serves as a coach.
He and his family reside in Buffalo.
