Years in Practice: 12   Ryan Gellman represents both defendants and plaintiffs in personal injury litigation of various types, including cases involving asbestos exposure, motor vehicle accidents and premises liability.  Ryan represents numerous physicians and their practices in business-related litigation.  He has represented claimants in NASD arbitration claims, and he represents contactors in various types of business disputes and other matters.  Recently, he successfully completed a bankruptcy court trial, proving that a particular debt was not dischargeable because of fraud.  Reversing a trial court, the N.Y.S.
