Ms. Marotto concentrates her
practice exclusively in commercial and residential real estate
transactions. She has authored and presented continuing
legal education materials for the New York State Bar Association
on topics including mortgage financing and real estate sale
contracts. Ms. Marotto acts as examining counsel for a
major title insurance company. She also acts as closing
counsel to residential and commercial institutional lender
clients.
In addition, Ms. Marotto has
represented several residential and commercial developers.
She formerly supervised the daily operation of the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development Agent Contract for
Western New York.
Ms. Marotto received a
bachelor's degree in English in 1988 from Canisius College in
Buffalo, New York where she completed the All College Honors
Program. She graduated from State University of New York at
Buffalo School of Law in 1992. She is a member of the Women's
Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Erie County
Bar Association. She previously served on the Board of Directors
for the Northeast YMCA and Open Door Nursery School in
Williamsville.
