For more than 50 years, Mr. Colucci has focused his practice in
counseling businesses and transactional matters. He
currently serves as a director of 1st United Bank of Florida and
previously has served on the boards of Palm Beach National Bank
& Trust Company, National Attorneys Title Insurance Corp., N.Y.S.
Project Finance Agency, Ticor Title Insurance, N.Y.S. Mortgage
Enforcement Corp., and the Community Foundation of Greater
Buffalo.
In addition to practicing
law, Mr. Colucci has been active in community affairs. He
is a previous member of the Buffalo Fiscal Stability Authority
and has served as chair of the governing bodies of the Buffalo
Philharmonic Orchestra Society, St. Joseph's Collegiate
Institute, Buffalo Prep, the Erie County Bar Foundation and the
National Conference of Christians and Jews.
Mr. Colucci is an honorary
affiliate of the De La Salle Christian Brothers and the Clerics
Regular of St. Paul (Barnabite Fathers). He is admitted to
practice law in the state of New York, Florida and Pennsylvania.
Recently,
Martindale Hubbell, the attorney peer rating agency, recognized
Mr. Colucci for obtaining the highest classification of "AV" for
twenty-five consecutive years. The citation recited
"highest possible peer review rating in legal ability and
ethical standards."
